Arrival Day - Day 1 - Bequia
Upon your arrival in Bequia you will be greeted
by Neal and Karrie and taken to your yacht
that will be awaiting you in Admirality Bay
where you will be shown to your cabin and
your home for the week. You will enjoy your
first dinner onboard while the yacht remains
in the Bay. We will discuss boating safety
and the itinerary and activities for the week.
You'll then relax with drinks and enjoy your
first nights sleep on the yacht.
Day 2 - Bequia to Mustique
After breakfast onboard we set sail to the
privately owned island of Mustique. ON the
way you may wish to partake in sailing the
yacht with us showing you the way or you can
just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
Upon arrival in Britiannia Bay lunch will
be served. You can then go for a swim, snorkel
a reef or sunken ship, or take a golf cart
tour of this interesting island. It is know
as the island of the rich and famous with
an amazing assortment of residences to observe.
Dinner will be onboard after which drinks
will be served, or you may prefer to go to
Basil's Bar ashore and mix with the locals.
Day 3 - Mustique to Mayreau
Upon awakening breakfast will be served in
the cockpit. We will then set sail for Salt
Whistle Bay on the island of Mayreau, with
lunch being served under sail. This palm lined
beach is one of the most stunning of the islands.
Once there enjoy a leisurely afternoon of
swimming, snorkeling, digging your toes in
the sand, or just relaxing. If you would like
to scuba dive it can be arranged here through
a local dive shop. As the sun sets sit back
with a drink in hand and really grasp the
meaning of "Island Time". Dinner
will be ashore at "The Salt Whistle Bay
Resort". Return to the yacht when you
chose, perhaps opting for drinks ashore until
you are ready for bed. When the stars come
out you realize that you can SEE the Milky
Way and there are always shooting stars to
be seen.
Day 4 - Mayreau to Union
After a restful night breakfast will be onboard.
We leave late morning to the quaint village
of Clifton on Union Island where we will anchor
off the Bougainvilla Marina allowing you to
come and go off the yacht as you please. You
could browse the town for souvenirs in the
many boutiques, or go for a hike. Lunch will
be served onboard. An afternoon dinghy ride
to "Happy Island" for drinks will
round out another perfect day. Tonight's dinner
may be local fish, then another relaxing evening,
or maybe a card or dice game.
Day 5 - Union to Palm Island - Palm Island
to Tobago Cays
We leave early morning for a short ride to
Palm Island, a private all inclusive island.
After breakfast there is snorkeling, swimming
and a beautiful beach to enjoy. After we sit
down and have lunch onboard we sail to TobagoCays,
a Marine National Park that is protected by
Horseshoe Reef and World's End Reef. Here
you will find waters of unimaginable blues
and the neon marine life beneath give true
meaning to the "Stop-the-world-I-want-to-get-off"
Caribbean fantasy. The reefs here provide
some of the best snorkeling and diving in
the world. "Boat Boys" will arrive
alongside to sell you everything from T-Shirts
to jewelry. This day ends with tonight's dinner
onboard.
Day 6 - Tobago Cays to Canouan
After a morning swim and breakfast we are
off to the island of Canouan and will anchor
near the Tamarind Beach Resort in Charlestown
Bay. Finishing lunch on board you may choose
to go ashore exploring, relax on the beach
or maybe just stay on board and do nothing.
You may enjoy drinks ashore at the Pirate
Cove Bar for happy hour, returning to the
yacht for another delicious dinner onboard.
Day 7 - Canouan to Bequia
We eat a tasty breakfast, and then set our
course back to Bequia's Admirality Bay. After
lunch onboard you are free to discover the
picturesque town of Port Elizabeth. Perhaps
you need last minute gifts for those back
home. There are numerous boutiques and craftsmen
who can come to the rescue. You may choose
to visit "Moon Hole", a unique creation
of free form homes built in the natural curves
of the hillside, having no doors windows -
just openings. Some have trees growing right
in the living room. You could also visit the
turtle sanctuary. Taxis are readily available
for island tours. Our last dinner together
will be ashore at one of the many fabulous
waterfront restaurants, often with local entertainment
to be enjoyed. Back to the boat for a drink
to reflect back on you sensational week, and
then your final night's sleep.
Day 8 - Departure Day
Breakfast is onboard after which it's time
to pack your things. We will see you off to
the ferry dock with sad goodbyes - but fantastic
memories with hopes that you will sail with
us again soon.
